CATTERY

Your pet is in caring and experienced hands. Whitehouse has spacious boarding facilities. We have several family facilities enabling several cats from the same family to stay together comfortably. Having 8 dogs and 19 cats ourselves we know only to well the special bond between owners and their pets and can assure you that your pet will be left in the best care whilst you are on holiday, in hospital or awaiting export abroad.

All cats are given the opportunity to exercise, be groomed and have lots of cuddles when they pens are cleaned out.

The cat’s pens are separated by full height sneeze barriers which enable the residents to see their neighbour without making direct contact. All our facilities are fully heated and provided with musical entertainment!

Cats are fed a well balanced nutritious diet based on their diet at home.

Special diets are always catered for and medicines administered. One of our guests eats honey roast ham and coldwater prawns!

Pets with special needs can be accommodated.

We have constructed specially adapted facilities to best look after these special pets. We have cared for cats with diabetes, amputated legs, no exercise programme due to injury, blind and deaf, very elderly, heavily pregnant with kittens imminent and needing 24 hour constant supervision.

The main cattery block complete with greenery and murual! There is easy access to the M5, A370, A38 and a large car park. Staff are fully trained and have extensive experience. Many of our owners have become regular visitors, friends and return with their pets for many years.

Vaccinations: We recommend your cat receives a yearly booster inoculation against feline enteritis and cat flu.

Pet Insurance: We recommend that you have your own pet healthcare insurance.

Whitehouse is able to offer insurance at a daily rate of £0.30 which will cover you for up to £200 for while your pet is with us and up to 7 days after they go back home.

Discounts: If you have more than one pet or your pets stay is over 30 days we can offer some additional discounts
