JERRY

Well what can we say! The boss!

Jerry's speciality is the toy dogs and is most days seen walking round the kennels with a small dog tucked in his coat chatting away to the dog!

He provides us all with hours of amusement.

CHRISTINE

A valued member of the team having given up her job as a health and safety inspector to help in the family business.

Helps in the kennels and specialises in the transportation of pets abroad and providing advice and support to small business on health and safety.

DANNY

Manager for Dogs.

Been with us now for over 14 years.

Very experienced and has an amazing knowledge of dog behaviour.

EMMA

Emma has a BSc Degree in Animal Behaviour and Animal Welfare having graduated from the University of Bristol and a Btec National Diploma in Animal Management. She is now trying to expand her practical knowledge.

We are delighted to have her as part of the team and hopefully look forward to keeping her here for a long time

CHARLOTTE

Charlotte and her family have been bringing there 2 dogs here for many years infact they got them from here many moons ago.

As well as two dogs Charlotte has chickens, ducks,geese and cows.

She is currently at college studying graphic design amongst other things and will be working with us on saturdays and holidays we are very pleased to have her join our team.

ALISON    

Cattery Manager. Hi, my name is Alison, I am 29 years old.

I have the BTEC National Diploma in Animal Management.

I really enjoy working with the cats and have owned cats since the age of 4.

I also own two horses. 

KIT

Kit specialises in nervous dogs and is very understanding and patient (perhaps this is due to her background as a teacher!).

NOW RETIRED

MACKILA

Mackila came to us from another rehoming centre, and takes an interest in rehoming. She has two rescue dogs of her own. Mackila works within the dog and cat sections of Whitehouse Kennels as well as being a driver for the Export work we do. 

Mackila is currently working towards a Level 2 NVQ in Animal Care.

RICK

Loves animals especially dogs and is happy to have the chance to spend all day with them.

Has a German Shepherd called Ashley

RUTH

Ruth has a BTEC National Diploma in Animal Management and a BSc degree in Animal Behaviour after studying at Cambridge University. Ruth is gaining experience in the field of dog behaviour as a basis for continuing her learning in the RAF as a dog handler.

Ruth has 3 dogs of her own.
