He's arrived, we collected him from airport this afternoon, he came in on time and in perfect condition, he was really pleased to see us, when we looked at him through his cage he looked really miserable, but then they let him out and I called him he was as soppy as ever!
We took him across the road and bought him an ice-lolly!
He's had some tea and a walk around the block, seems quite happy.

"Dear Christine and Jerry thank you for taking good care of my two greyhounds Polly and Horse during their short stay with you and their flight to New Zealand.
They arrived safe and well and are safely in kennels until we purhase our house, which hopefully won't be too long.
The lady at the kennels was very impressed with Jerry's boxes she said that the dogs had more than enough room and in all her years of shipping she had never seen such well made containers, we loved the fact that some one wrote messages about them on top of the boxes that was lovely."

Just to let you know Billy has finally arrived at our new home in Buddina on the Sunshine Coast! Billy is very healthy and it's really like he's never been away!
It's very hot and humid here with temperatures at night not falling below 70f and up to 90f+ during the day! We are sure that Billy will soon get used to all the heat, he can always jump in the nearby sea or rivers to cool down! We really want to say a big THANK YOU for your help in getting Billy all this way to the other side of the world. It seems to have been harder for us than Billy.
It's almost bedtime here now and Billy is fast asleep as usual on our bed! Hope you had a good Christmas and New year.

Moving from the Scottish Borders to the Pyrenees with 4 cats aged between 10 and 19 seemed a daunting prospect - no direct flights and a complicated and stressful journey. Whitehouse Kennels and Cattery offered the perfect solution. Our cats, our overnight baggage, and two now de-stressed owners were collected from our home by a calm and competent driver in an air-conditioned minibus. Hamish, Pepper, Millie and Mumsie were housed in large crates with beds, food and water, and favourite jumpers. We had comfortable well-padded seats. Our driver ensured that our cats and we had plenty of breaks and our overnight stay near Paris proved most enjoyable. We arrived at our new home the following evening in great shape. All four cats had eaten well, performed the necessary, and none of them had been ill en route. Bravo Whitehouse Kennels!

Lara has arrived safely and in very good condition. It was a very emotional reunion on all our parts. When we arrived to collect her she looked at us for a couple of seconds and then realised who we were and went crazy! Her tail was going like mad and she was jumping everywhere. We couldn't believe how well she looked!
We have now returned to our house and after spending a few minutes investigating everywhere and having a good old 'nose' about she settled on her new bed and went flat out! I had forgotten how loud she snores - we couldn't hear the TV.
We would like to thank you all for the obvious good care you took of our precious Lara as she seems to have come out of this experience relatively unscathed, which we are sure is due to the care she was given during her time with you. We are eternally grateful to you and will be recommending you to everyone we know and writing about you on the emigration blogs.

The driver made the trip seem a lot shorter than it was and it turned out not to be the trial we had both feared at all. His knowledge of the country and his general confidence made things seem a lot simpler than if we had attempted them ourselves. Just a short note to say thanks to you
and all your staff for looking after Basil our cat before shipping and also for
the efficient way in which all the documentation was handled. We picked him up
the morning he flew in and he's been fine but finding it hot here with his
winter coat, hence spends all day under my daughters bed and comes to life in
the night.
I would have dropped you a note earlier but its taken until now to get the
internet up and running - shipping still to arrive.
Many thanks again - I'll recommend you to the shippers I used as they are from
South Wales and seem to only suggest a kennels in Heathrow area.

She loves exploring it and had become a mouser of the first order.
Crookie on the other hand has found the warmest place in the caravan and only moves to eat!
